I love to read and I find myself doing it all day long. I was talking the other day about the beliefs you hold about yourself.  Here are several of my favorite books on the subject. They all speak from different perspectives. Some are Psychology, some spirituality and finally some are from the business community. We are constantly chattering to ourselves all day long. Have you ever stoped to think about what it is that your saying. The thoughts you think have a direct effect apon your life experiances. What are you saying to yourself?

Thing won’t happen if you don’t take action. What kind of example would I be if I did not take the time to do my own Dream List after previously challenging YOU? It has been an exciting week for me starting with a Facebook chat with my sister. She said: ‘I have four dreams, do the dreams have to be realistic?” Well yes, they do have to be realistic and achievable, however I did not want limit your creativity and also I did not want you to have a definition of what realistic is, for this could be a matter of perspective.

My Friend and fellow coach Michael Moniz has finished his list of 100 dreams. Way to go Michael! Michael writes a blog for the gay and lesbian community out of Florida in the United States. In it he writes about Living Life Out Loud. Visit his post perhaps find some inspiration from it.
