FORWARD FEELING :: The Kardashians lose their klout? Buy that condo down south now? No dramatic super virus this year? Canada’s number one psychic medium offers us a look at what lies ahead:
Welcome to 2012! As with every new year we make lists of resolutions for changes we would like to see in ourselves, like starting that diet to lose weight, giving up smoking and getting rid of old habits and ideas that dragged us down in the year before.
Then there is the other list that I am about to cover, which falls outside of the boundaries of any resolution. Predictions for the coming year of both local and global interest.
In 2012 we will see good stability in the Canadian real estate markets with continued growth at a good steady pace, not an insane booming rush so this year would be a great time to go home shopping. The US real estate market will begin to pick itself up off the ground in the early part of the spring thus helping to restore confidence to the slow moving economy, so now’s a great time for a condo down south – get it while the timing is hot!

The European financial crisis should have enough band aids put on it to stop the wounds from bleeding until a solid solution to the problem is found.
In celebrity news expect to see Lindsay Lohan finally crawl out of the negativity spotlight and give it her best shot to get back on her feet. The Kardashians will have babies, divorce drama, open new businesses, and, despite all the fanfare, people will start to tire of them and they will lose ratings slowly but surely. Mark Wahlberg and Leo Di Caprio will really rock the big screens and you will see awards coming their way. Keifer Sutherland will make a return to the small screen in a new and completely different show from his past series “24”.
No major killer flues and cold bugs coming our way this winter so forget the Sars and Swine Flues they will be passing us by in North America Less tragedies on the Global fronts with floods, volcanos and these type of disasters compared to 2011.
Crime rates will actually lower in 2012 in most of Canada which will make people feel a lot safer in their respective cities with exception of a few locations in the west.
People will rise to a higher consciousness of finally learning to begin to make a better future for ourselves our neighbors and the planet
And finally the world will not end in Dec 2012 so be sure to hang on to your Christmas decorations as they will be needed. Happy New Year and may the best of everything touch you and those that you love.

What are your opinions on the Apocalypse theories that are all over the world now pertaining to the year 2012? Its seems that we hear nothing but bad news about the upcoming year, with looming doomsday prophecies that may or may not coincide with the Mayan calendar. Is there going to be any good news that s coming in 2012 – or are we really in trouble? I would like to believe that there is still hope for the human race out there on the horizon.

Since the beginning of time there has always been someone out there who comes out with a theory about the world coming to an end and we have seen more than a few of these big “threats” come and go in the past 5 decades.
In the 1950s it started with aliens that were coming to earth to destroy us, and it continued right up into the year 2000 when the millennium arrived with the threat that the world would end on New Year’s Eve. In May of this year we had another so-called prophecy from a self-proclaimed prophet in the USA that said the end of days was supposed to arrive on May 23 2011.
Well it’s October now, and are we are still here. As for the Mayan Calendar, experts on it will tell you it’s a perpetual calendar and since the Mayans are all but extinct no one was around to continue it. Just as Y2K that made us buy generators, stock up on water and canned food supplies, January 1, 2000 came and went without incident and you can rest assured that 2012 and the fear mongering associated with it will seem much the same.
