There are two questions people ask me all the time. The first is: “Will you please make sweet love to me?” (The answer is usually “not without dinner first”.) Today I take the time to give a response to the second question I’m always asked.

As Toronto Fashion Week kicks off, PETA protesters attack Holt Renfrew, French Vogue publishes controversial photos of a white model in black face, and I stop by The Shaun Proulx Show as their Fashion Week Correspondant to dish on the first daze. (Photo: Canadian Menswear Designer Philip Sparks.)

Yesterday I stopped by The Shaun Proulx Show to offer myself up again as their Toronto Fashion Week correspondent. Shaun wants to do me, so eagerly accepted my offer – check me out as I report from the runways daily on his show October 19th – 24th. If there is a god, let there be another drunken Robin-Kay-as-Edwina-Monsoon happening to put the pashion…inthe…fashion – burp-stumble! Good times …
You have to wonder if there IS a god though. Because tell me what god would allow designer Alexander McQueen to invent the shoes pictured below for my lady friends? This week in Paris McQueen showcased his Spring/Summer 2010 collection, webcasting it like the genius he is. But the SHOES!

As you can see, it was an interesting on-air discussion, all in all:

Act II of Toronto’s newest decadent party Sodom got underway this past weekend, and I was able to form enough words to put together this snapshot. Good times!

Recently it was ‘Gay Day’ at Canada’s Wonderland. I didn’t expect to go there and experience a culture clash – but it still turned out to be a great time. Ever the multi-tasker, this blog entry was shot while I was also reporting on The Shaun Proulx Show on 103.9 PROUD FM.

A final word on Divers/Cite. And, when sexy Toronto songstress Nikki Awesome texts me some lascivious words and terms I thought were the exclusive domain of the gay man, it’s time to chat! (P.S. For more Nikki Awesome, tune into The Shaun Proulx Show on 103.9 PROUD FM August 11th between 3 – 7 pm, she’s dropping by! Awesome!)
