We are downtown Toronto’s Amazing Cupcake Store! Prairie Girl Bakery is right in the heart of Toronto’s financial district and we love meeting new customers every day while getting to know our loyal regulars.  The team at PGB is proud of our incredible cupcakes- our customers use the word “amazing” a lot!- and we like to talk about how they are made fresh every single day from real eggs, fresh dairy butter, Belgian chocolate and fresh strawberries. In addition to our menu of 14 flavors of mini and regular size cupcakes, we make a really good gluten free version of every cupcake on our menu. Because of our commitment to “fresh” and to the community in which we work, we give our end-of-day cupcakes to a couple of Second Harvest agencies nearby our store.
