Today I found myself looking up clips of Abraham on Youtube. Here is some of what I came across that I found powerful and inspiring for my life right now. These clips easily reminded me of the direction I want to be emotionally; right now as I deal with every day challenges and ‘problems’. I was deliberately looking to get lifted and feel better. Have a look for yourself, and read on.

I know it is best for me to focus on the solution and not the problem. I had, very recently caught myself talking about my problems, the details of them. I kept on putting more and more energy and thought and vision toward what I do not want, instead of where I wanted to be.
Upstream much?
A simple change of perception can inspire a great deal of comfort right away. I am eager for my expansion, and through the practice of the Law of Attraction I understand that it takes the contrast of problems to launch me into the new place of expansion (living without those problems).
The exciting part after the contrast? When you have been living in that ’problematic, contrasting’ environment and shooting rockets of desire and then come into alignment with those desires, then live through them. I love that part, and I know it is coming because I have been there before.
This makes me feel better and I am now focused on the solution; which, for right now, is to appreciate the benefit of the contrast that any challenge offers.
